Returns and refunds

14 day returns

You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, and a further 14 days to send the goods back to us. If something is not right, we would rather fix it than leave you with a bottle you will never wear.

What we accept

Unopened bottles in their original condition, and anything faulty, damaged or sent in error. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back a fragrance that has been opened or sprayed unless there is a fault.

How to return something

Email info@scentchamber.co.uk with your order number and what you would like to return. We will reply within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions. Please wait to hear from us before posting anything back.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few working days after that to show it. If the return is due to a fault or our mistake, we cover the postage. For a change of mind, return postage is yours.
